5-APB (also known as 5-(2-Aminopropyl)benzofuran) is a lesser-known novel entactogen of the benzofuran class that produces MDA-like entactogenic and stimulating effects when administered. 5-APB and other compounds are sometimes informally called “Benzofury”. 5-APB in particular is known for its stimulating and euphoric effects.
