At Chemshop online, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. All orders are processed within 24h. Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days, but may vary depending on your location. All orders are vacuum sealed and shipped discreetly and a tracking number provided.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, a flat rate shipping fee of $20 will be applied.

All orders are shipped via USPS ,FedEx,DHL or UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chemshop online. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 5-day return policy on all products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chemshoponline.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

   

         In a situation where the package gets lost or does not arrive on time due to any unforeseen situation, we will replace the exact order and ship the package at our cost, or we will refund you the total amount paid for the package.
